For welding of membrane materials less than 1.0 mm thick, a silicone pressure roller can be used to protect the membrane material and reduce damage.

For membrane materials with a thickness between 1.0 mm and 1.5 mm, a steel pressure roller can be used to achieve a more stable pressing effect.

When handling materials such as PVC that may release corrosive gases during welding, it is recommended to use stainless steel hot wedge attachments to extend the equipment's service life.

When selecting the type of pressure roller, choose according to the film thickness and material characteristics to avoid damaging the film or causing poor welding due to the use of mismatched pressure rollers.
