NK's concrete canvas is made from high-strength polyester and grade 42.5/52.5 Portland cement, manufactured using a fully automated impregnation and drying line. Each batch undergoes compressive strength, setting time, and flexibility testing, strictly complying with industry standards for flexible cementitious composite materials.

The product is not only used in domestic emergency rescue, rural irrigation canal construction, and roof repair projects, but is also exported to 22 countries and regions across Southeast Asia, Africa, and Central America, particularly favored by small-scale infrastructure projects and emergency response departments.

Advantages & Strengths

Rapid Hydration Curing:

Upon contact with water, the cement-based core layer begins to solidify within 30 minutes and reaches its designed strength within 24 hours. This eliminates the need for on-site cement mixing, significantly shortening the construction cycle.

Flexible Storage & Transportation:

Before curing, the material is in a flexible roll form that can be folded or rolled for transportation, facilitating access to narrow locations (such as lanes and mountainous areas) and reducing transportation costs.

Integral Molding:

After curing, the material forms a continuous, seamless structure, eliminating the joint leakage problems associated with traditional brickwork and cast-in-place construction, and improving the sealing of the project.

Popular Applications

Emergency Road/Temporary Passage:

Use 13mm or 15mm thick concrete canvas (GCCM): Lay on muddy roads or damaged sections after a disaster. Water and solidify to create a temporary road surface.

Small Irrigation Ditch/Drainage Ditch:

Use 9mm or 13kg/㎡ thick concrete canvas: Lay directly on the inner wall of the channel. After solidification, it forms a smooth, impermeable layer, reducing water leakage. Suitable for rural irrigation projects.

Roof/Wall Repair:

Use 7kg/㎡ or 6mm thick concrete canvas: Cut and cover cracks and leaks. Water and solidify to form a tight bond with the original base layer, quickly resolving minor water leaks.

Shallow Slope Support:

8mm or 10mm thick concrete canvas is laid on the surface of the gentle slope. After watering and solidifying, it forms a protective layer to prevent surface soil loss caused by rainwater erosion.

Temporary Reservoir/Water Tank:

10kg/㎡ or 11mm thick concrete canvas is spliced and laid in the foundation pit. After solidifying, it forms an enclosed water storage space, suitable for temporary water use on construction sites and water storage in arid areas.
